INPATIENT SERVICES

DEMCARES provides specialized inpatient care for persons with dementia and older adults with psychiatric conditions. Our dementia-friendly wards are designed to ensure safety, structure, and therapeutic engagement. A multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, and dietitians—works together to deliver individualized, round-the-clock care. Patients benefit from structured routines, supervised physical activity, cognitive stimulation, and a calming environment that promotes well-being and dignity.

APPOINTMENT, REGISTRATION, AND BILLING
(For inpatient admissions)

Timings: Services available from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Registration: In-person or online

  • Details shared with psychologist
  • Psychologist contacts within 24 working hours
  • Psychiatrist appointment scheduled thereafter

Admission: No emergency admissions

    Twice a month: 1st–15th & 16th–31st

    Charges:

    Dormitory: Rs. 1,800/day

    Private room: Rs. 3,000/day

    Includes: Psychiatrist, nursing, food, stay, laundry

    Extras billed separately: Medication, lab, scans, specialist consults

    Our outpatient services support older adults with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, memory issues, and behavioral changes. Evaluations and follow-up consultations are available with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists. We offer personalized treatment plans, therapy, medication management, and guidance for families, all in a welcoming, respectful setting.

Through secure video or phone calls, clients can connect with our psychiatrists and psychologists for consultations, therapy sessions, and follow-ups—especially useful for those living far from the facility or with mobility constraints.
